Thank you for shopping with Wacky Wonky Books, LLC. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Refunds

  • Books & Merchandise: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, printables, or eBooks.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item purchased on final sale.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at: thehillbillyhoney@outlook.com


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  2. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
